The Philippine National Police (PNP) on Monday said its tally of COVID-19 cases among its personnel reached 40,887.
This was after 40 new COVID-19 cases were reported by the PNP Health Service.
Total recoveries meanwhile went up to 39,474 after 103 new recoveries were recorded.
The death toll on the other hand remained at 121.
On Monday, the Department of Health said the total number of COVID-19 cases in the country reached 2,666,562 after 12,159 new infections were recorded.
Of this number, 90,927 are active; 2,536,011 recovered; and 39,624 died. —KG, GMA News
