Former senator Jinggoy Estrada is seeking to go back to the Senate after filing his certificate of candidacy in Eleksyon 2022 on Sunday.
Estrada formally announced that he would again run for a Senate seat last September 29.
He would run under the Pwersa ng Masang Pilipino party.
In a speech after filing his COC, Estrada said he wanted to seek a national post so he could help more people.
Estrada also said he hoped he and his half-brother, Joseph Victor “JV” Ejercito, will both win a seat in the Senate.
“Isa lang naman dugo nananalaytay samin. Ang dugong para manilbihan sa ating kababayan,” he said.
