Majority of Filipinos believe that the single six-year term limit for president of the Philippines must continue as stated under the 1987 Constitution, a Social Weather Stations (SWS) poll showed Wednesday.

The survey conducted from June 23 to 26, 2021 found 75% adult Filipinos agreed with continuing the single six-year term limit, while 14% were undecided, and 11% disagreed on the matter.

This showed a net agreement score of +64 which the pollster classified as “very strong.”
